The Role:
To be responsible for supervising client projects and the management of relationships with clients. An Account Director builds trusted long-term client relationships and leads the team to create tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators, whilst driving growth through proactive ideas and up-selling DV capabilities.
This role pays 100-120K USD depending on experience. The successful candidate must be willing to work within Eastern Time Zones.
The Role Responsibilities:
Pitch
Design and run industry-leading Influencer Marketing campaigns
Work with the planning and strategy team to design and pitch exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns concepts to clients
Develop deep partnerships with clients, based on education, transparency and trust
Understand brand strategy and planning, to showcase opportunities where Digital Voices can add value
Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers
Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell our analytical and paid offerings
Manage
Be a team leader and role model to the US accounts team
Coordinate and manage budgets to ensure that client P&Ls stay on track
Manage business commercials and client delivery to ensure campaigns deliver on time and align to business objectives
Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives as they execute campaigns
Establish individual objectives and goals for your team to achieve together
Oversee the production of campaigns from pitch state to delivery
Review the performance of campaigns and deliver succinct updates, reports and learnings to the rest of the team and clients
Strategise
Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices
Build growth strategies for your clients to scale their campaigns and impact
Act as a trusted advisor on social media campaigns for your clients
Advocate for yourself and the agency across the industry
Analyse creative and data insights to develop strategies which improve the performance of campaigns and the agency’s offering

The Must-Haves:
Significant Account Director experience
Experience working with influencers and/or working on influencer-led campaigns
A strong understanding of social media platforms and creator landscape
Experience of running highly successful performance marketing campaigns with CPA, ROI, ROAS or CPM benchmarks
Exceptional email etiquette, interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust through education
Existing relationships with global brands that have been established in your previous roles
Impressive organisational skills
Experience managing at least a small team and being the point of escalation for any issues that arise among your direct reports
Experience onboarding, training and supporting direct reports, helping them to develop their skillset and progress within the company
Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn’t go to plan
Significant experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creative
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.
Confidence with key Google Drive software, most importantly Sheets.
Experience with reporting software or data visualisation is a plus
Experience working across paid as well as organic campaigns
